Why Intro to Pilates?
Intro to Pilates offers you the ideal introduction to functional full-body training based on the Pilates method. Our trainers, Luissa and Kathrin, will work with you to train your entire body, with a special focus on your abdominal, back, and glute muscles. Over the course of 7 weeks, you will learn fundamental movements and effective exercises that strengthen your muscles and improve your mobility.
In this program, you will strengthen your core using the Pilates method to become and stay fit, flexible, and strong. Our professional trainers demonstrate and explain each exercise in detail so that you can fully internalize every movement pattern. Intro to Pilates is perfect for beginners and for those returning to exercise who want to start functional strength training with the Pilates method.
